STAD
Working alongside her long-time music collaborator Benjie Talbott, Tic assisted in writing music for the S4C limited series STAD. Once a long running soap, this series revisits the characters 15 years on. STAD is currently available to watch on BBC iPlayer.

I S O S T A C Y
During the summer of 2021 Tic created music for the short film I S O S T A C Y directed by Simon Clode and Marc Rees for Crowblack Films. The film was narrated by Cerys Matthews.
“This artistic short film marks 120 years since Edgar Evans from Rhossili set sail on the Discovery with Captain Scott on his first Antarctic expedition.
The poetic film, voiced by Welsh singer Cerys Matthews, is inspired by their voyage and the current plight of the great white continent. With Antarctica at a perilous tipping point as a result of climate change, the film questions and challenges the detrimental impact of our human actions on the environment” – Crowblack Films website.
Skinny Fat
Skinny Fat is a short film created by actor, writer and director Mathew David, with music by Tic Ashfield. The film was first shown at the Iris Prize Film Festival 2021.

Bregus
As part of the creative team at John Hardy Music, Tic is created the score for the S4C six-part drama series Bregus. Working during the pandemic in 2020, the team worked remotely to create the score.
